These terms of use apply to all offers of ablelatam.com, in particular for the provision of online courses, learning platforms, and further education programs for the development of modern skills. The subject matter is the time-limited provision of digital learning content in accordance with the respective course description.
Registration is required to use our courses. You agree to provide truthful and complete information when registering. Access data must be treated confidentially. You are liable for all activities that take place under your account.
We provide the learning content in the form described at the time of booking. Technically related downtimes of a maximum of 2% per month are permissible. We strive for high availability, but assume no liability for unavoidable interruptions.
You receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the courses for personal further education purposes. The sharing of access data, downloading of content for commercial use, or duplication of course materials is prohibited.
Payment is made according to the selected payment method at the time of booking. For online courses, consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. For courses that have already been fully used, the right of withdrawal may be excluded. Refunds are made within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal declaration.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. For simple negligence, we are liable only in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage. Liability for indirect damages and data loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

We reserve the right to change these terms of use with effect for the future. We will inform you of material changes by email or by a notice on the platform. If you do not object within four weeks, the changed terms will be deemed accepted.
Use of the platform can be terminated at any time by deleting the account. In the event of a violation of these terms, we may block access without notice. Amounts already paid will not be refunded in this case. After termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with legal regulations.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, the registered office of the provider.
